€29 a month or €261 a year (3 months free) · Cancel anytime

What do you get as a member?

A live Q&A with me every month. Ask about your own family, or simply come along to listen, as other parents' questions are often just as useful. Can't make it live? Send your question in advance and catch the replay by video or podcast.

A library of 45 masterclasses. Instant access to support on anxiety, behaviour, sleep, confidence, friendships, screens, teenagers and more.

New masterclasses added regularly. Topics come from the questions members bring to the Q&A, so the library keeps growing around real family challenges.

Watch, listen or search. Every masterclass and Q&A is in the app and on the members-only podcast, so you can listen while walking or driving. Search any topic and jump straight to the moment I cover it.

Who I am

I'm Catherine Hallissey, a Chartered Psychologist with 21 years' experience working with children, teenagers and families, and a mum of five. You may have heard me on BBC radio, RTÉ Radio 1 or Newstalk, or read my work in the Irish Times and Irish Examiner. On Instagram, 74,000 parents follow along. I started Reclaim Parenthood in 2020 to give parents ongoing access to practical, psychology-based parenting support, at a price most families can manage.

Common questions

Do I need to attend the live sessions?

No. Join live if you can, or send your question in advance and catch the replay in the app or on the members-only podcast.

Can I ask a question about my own child?

Yes. That’s exactly what the monthly Q&A is for. You can ask your question live, or submit it in advance using the question form if you’d prefer me to answer it anonymously.

The Q&A is designed to provide parenting guidance and education rather than individual psychological assessment or therapy. If your situation needs more individualised support, a Parent Consultation may be a better fit.

Is it suitable for parents of younger children?

Yes. The library runs from preschool to the teenage years, including Gentle Sleep Solutions, Back to School & Preschool with Ease, Making the Most of Special Time, and How to Get Your Kids to Tidy Their Room.

Is it suitable for parents of teenagers?

Yes. Masterclasses include Raising Teenagers, Connection with Tweens & Teens, How to Talk to Your Kids About Sex, Managing Screentime, Build Study Habits That Stick and Raising Safe, Savvy, Streetwise Kids. You can also bring questions about your teenager to the monthly Q&A.

Is it suitable if my child is neurodivergent?

Yes. Everything in the membership reflects how I work in my clinic, which means understanding what's driving a child's behaviour, working with their nervous system and adapting strategies to the individual child. That approach is just as relevant for neurodivergent children. You can also bring questions about your own child to the monthly Q&A.

What if the topic I need isn't covered?

Bring it to the monthly Q&A. New masterclasses are based on the questions members raise, so the library grows around what families actually need.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What if I need more individual support?

If you’d like to talk through what’s happening in your own family in more depth and come away with an individualised plan, you can book a Parent Consultation (90 minutes online, €400).
